Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
A variety of high-level administrative support tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and assistance to multiple executives or other assigned leadership staff
Manages multiple calendars, travel, & expense reimbursements
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
Anticipates potential problems that could impact the executives and coordinates solutions
Office related inventory management and ordering
Plan company events and spearhead additional projects as needed
Assisting with recruitment
Assist in interviewing and training junior administrative staff in the department
Respond to incoming calls, visitor screening, oversee front office operations, and maintenance/filing of documents
Filing and organizing office-related information
Handles matters proactively and expeditiously, and follows through on projects to successful completion
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to VP-Level
High level experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment preferred
Top level detail, organizational, and analytical skills required
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Superb written and verbal communication
Ability to work discreetly with confidential information
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, solo and as part of a team
Flexible, friendly personality with high energy, positive attitude, and initiative
Experience and creativity in making travel arrangements, domestic and international
Deep experience and proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Director of Backend Engineering
Responsibilities:
Own the technical roadmap for Pinger’s backend and data warehouse functions; be the Product Owner for the group’s deliverables.
Collaborate with other engineering and product leaders to execute long term product strategy.
Coach and mentor team members, including goal setting and career development.
Recruitment of new team members as needed.
Provide technical guidance as needed to reporting managers and engineers.
Requirements:
Experience managing backend and cloud engineering for at least 5 years.
Overall software development experience for at least 8 years.
Operational experience delivering a SaaS platform.
Track record of attracting, recruiting, hiring and mentoring great people.
Experience managing remote teams.
Drives processes that improve communication, scalability, reliability and performance.
Understands the benefits of testing and CI/CD while keeping a pragmatic approach for improving legacy code.
Most comfortable in a fast moving agile/scrum development environment.
Strong multi-tasking skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully collaborate with other teams to meet their needs (Product, QA, Operations, Client Teams, etc.).
BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
Beneficial Skills:
Data warehouse management experience.
Domain Driven Design and/ or Test Driven Development experience
Experience in cloud engineering
Experience in observability.
Senior Product Manager
Responsibilities
Manage the product life cycle of mobile communications applications from definition through development, launch and end of life.
Research customer requirements and produce detailed specifications based on your findings and collaboration with UX, Visual Design and Engineering team members.
Take responsibility for feature/timeline tradeoffs, user interface decisions and other product related issues.
Serve as a focal point of communications on product issues between engineering, operations, support and marketing communications teams.
Build, validate, and maintain ongoing responsibility for the business case around the product, including pricing, COGS, margins etc.
Requirements
At least five years of “in bound” product management experience in the consumer software or services space.
Experience and passion for building outstanding mobile applications.
Strong sense of design and usability issues.
Excellent grasp of technology issues related to software development.
Track record of problem solving and creativity.
Enthusiasm for working in a fun and hard-working startup culture.
